My husband and kids gave me a New York City vacation centered around a five day cooking school. I could not believe my eyes when I opened the envelope and the confirmation for the hotel, airfare, and school came out. I was beside myself with excitement. I sat on the couch for a good 10 minutes marveling at what it will be like to have cooking New York City vacation.

To say that there are good cooks in New York is about the biggest understatement I've ever uttered. New York City is home to world-famous chefs, not to mention the fresh food. There is a Farmer's Market in New York City that many of those chefs visit to get the best and freshest ingredients.
