     I remember the first time that I ever saw the New York skyline. I will never forget the feeling of my heart rising up inside of me, from that moment I was never the same again. I felt a renewed sense of self, I felt powerful.

I have traveled to many places in the United States, but nothing compares to New York City. I love the hustle and bustle of the city. I love the sounds and the collaboration of cultures there.      When my son is old enough to travel and enjoy his surroundings, I will surely be taking him to New York City.
