Whenever a sports fan goes to New York City for vacation, he must feel like a kid in a candy store; I mean, a fan has the tough choice choosing between the New York Mets or the New York Yankees—really tough choice. However, I have the sensible solution for the sport fan. Fans need to get to NYC, set themselves up in one of the cheap hotels in New York and with the money they save fans can then buy tickets for both teams. Why would anyone want to choose between the New York Mets and The New York Yankees when this coming season they are both going to be contenders? The Mets are about to sign Johan Santana and the Yanks still have Steinbrenner spending all the cash in the world to build himself a team. Make sure that when booking your NYC vacation, you choose a date when the New York Mets and the New York Yankees are both playing at home or, even better, look for a date when both teams are playing each other. Tell me, who wants to waste time going to see the Empire State Building or the Statue of Liberty when they can see Jeter or Beltran do their thing to the roar of a ruckus crowd?—crazy people that's who. I am not one of those crazy people that have had the pleasure of seeing both teams while in NYC, trust me it's the greatest show in New York.
